And the most horrible thing is, I make a claim online, then I haven’t used it, but the Groupon system redeemed on behalf of me?! I even can’t transfer it to others, before it is “redeemed” now! The money seem to be stolen by Groupon! So horrible! They don’t even have a number to call...
