Geri Cue began her career in massage therapy, where she remained for a decade before moving onto personal training. As a trainer, Geri helped clients of all ages achieve their fitness goals, but soon realized: something was missing from what she'd called a "complete workout." That's when Geri found Pilates, a practice she connected with not only for its physical benefits, but for its potential mental perks, too.
Now a certified Pilates instructor with her own studio, Geri has fused experiences from her past with traditional Pilates routines to create one unique approach to fitness. At her facility, Geri leads students through mat, reformer, and chair classes, making sure to work in what she refers to as the "three B's"–bands, bars, and balls, all of which aim to make students stronger and more flexible.
