About Ironwood Axe Throwing

Brian Burrows, founder of Ironwood Axe Throwing, is a member of USA Shooting Team and an avid fisher and archer. With his love for sport, it was only a matter of time till axe throwing caught his interest. He and his brother, Jon Burrows, have gone from throwing axes at their mother's trees more than 25 years ago to opening their own axe-throwing facility in 2019. Today, Ironwood Axe Throwing invites all customers to try their axe-throwing skills during private parties or fun 75- or 120-minute sessions.

Our family had a great time here (myself, my husband and our 10 yr old). The expert was super helpful but didn't hover - the whole place is very laid-back. They don't serve food but we were able to bring food and drink in from outside. I would highly recommend Ironwood Axe Throwing.
