I couldn't even tell that they did ANYTHING and they arrived 20 minutes late with out a call

The cleaners had asked for our top priority of what we wanted cleaned, which was our kitchen, and then didn't even touch the kitchen. The amount of cleaning that was actually done was completely unacceptable and when we tried to reach out to customer service at Eco Clean 4u, they would not reply to the 4 e-mails or 3 voicemails that were left. I would definitely not recommend buying a groupon for Eco Clean 4u, no matter how good of a deal it is.
