Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? I encourage my students to focus on proper technique, passion about healthy living, and I enjoys sharing the teachings of Iyengar Yoga as taught by the late B.K.S. Iyengar.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? To introduce subtle Yoga differences, which I acquired in Central Asia and introduce it in the US.

What do you love most about your job? I enjoy sharing knowledge, information, and inspiration from my heart and mind.
