Overall the experience was good. Unfortunately, when the girl was giving me the bag of stuff to take home, I didn't hear her tell me about the numbing drops. I heard "happy drops" but understand that they were numbing. So needless to say I didn't use them and I was in misery the first night!! When I went in for my follow up the next morning, the Dr told me what I missed and when he put the drops in, it was immediate relief. I would just say try to stress the numbing drops a bit more. Hopefully my vision keeps getting better as I keep healing, but for now I'm happy with it.

Your front desk/office staff is not a good reflection of the the quality of work you do and how great your doctors are. Most of the people at the front desk are brief, unfriendly and seem under trained. Everytime I received a call or voicemail from them they mumbled & sounded down right grumpy. It also would have been nice if someone would have reminded me to fill my prescription before surgery. It had been 5 months since my consultation; I forgot about it & had to to go to the pharmacy directly after surgery which was not ideal.

My experience with Icon LASIK in Denver (I-25 & Colorado, on Mexico): The staff and doctors treat the business very much like an "in and out" profit-driven business. They don't offer information unless asked, have very poor customer service, are difficult to get ahold of, and the client/patient gets very little time with any of the doctors at their scheduled appointments. Not only did I feel completely unprepared making a decision about having the Lasik procedure, but also felt uneasy going into the procedure itself. On top of it, I also had complications after my procedure (a complication that the doctor assured me I would not experience) and the attitude was very laissez-faire (hands-off and unhelpful) at all times. I did not receive the care or customer service that I would expect regarding a surgical procedure as important as this one.

I loved my experience at Icon Lasik! I got PRK done on my eyes and everyone was awesome there! It is obvious that they really care about their customers! Highly recommend this place!
