I used to love Tootsies but the level of service & customer care has really gone down in the last few months. Every time I go in there are new nail techs which I see as a sign that the employees are unhappy.

The staff were not welcoming- I felt like I was intruding. The also just talked to each other about their private lives. Poor customer service.
