A friend and i went for the first time on Saturday - it was awesome. I was really surprised at how easy the instructor made it. she had us working our core muscles and it was much easier than i thought it was going to be. I would recommend Kama Fitness - great experience

Karlene is very sweet and an excellent communicator. She transferred my GroupOn purchase into class credits with no problem at all. I have taken one class so far and really enjoyed it. The studio in the old mill building is absolutely gorgeous, and a relaxing place to try out some fun fitness classes. I look forward to my next classes with Karlene and her team.
