We didn't have a great experience. I called ahead to redeem my Groupon. After getting my card set up and taking my credit card information, I got a limited tour of the facility and was basically turned loose. They also did not word the groupon correctly, as it was redeemed as "you+a guest" rather than "for two" meaning two separate people. We never received the free session. Wouldn't recommend.
