This is the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. We were there for hours and couldn't even get a drink refill. I can't even believe it's possible to be that slow. Everything is so overpriced. They do automatic gratituty so they aren't concerned about their service AT ALL.

Unfortunately, the place looks as if it's going out of business. Windows are dirty, smells as if the seat cushions need cleaning, and the floor is slippery. I hope it gets better, the business could really thrive in that location. One thing I did appreciate was that the staff has a bubbly attitude.

Overall great experience. Nice environment and good food. On top of that the service was excellent. Most definitely go and check out the spot and ask for Onas.

The food was average. The service was very slow and disorganized. We had 11:00 brunch reservations and didn't receive our 3rd entree until 12:45. We had a small party of 3, but each drink & entree were brought out separately, about 10 to 15 minutes apart. The second entree was cold. The best part of the meal were the drinks. The final complaint was the mandatory 20% tip. Very disappointed & will not return.
