Hello Deborah, we are so glad you enjoyed your service with Sandy. As a small business we are 50% therapist run. Which means 50% of the time we do not have front desk reception. It's very rarely a problem for our customers to help themselves into the salt cave with the precise instructions given via text and in their welcome instructions waiting for them at the door, most people feel right at home in our comfy little haven. As posted on the Salt Cave door, we are currently in a renovation state and although it is not as picturesque as it will be when it is complete but we do still have the salted floor, the loungers with the infrared options and the ambient salt lighting from over 35 salt lamps which are lofted in the walls. We do apologize that your mocktail was not given to you as it should have been at the end of your service. Your therapist most definitely should have met you with that in the Zen Garden after your massage was completed. We do understand that our therapists are human and sometimes make mistakes but we will be sure to go over procedure with them in regards to this treatment so we thank you for brining that need to our attention. After reviewing your receipt from the appointment, the only payment shown is the "Groupon Payment" no additional payments were taken or charged. When reviewing your receipt it may be helpful to know that the menu price for a 60min massage service in our office is $125. Given that the Groupon credit used has a total value of $90 we are actually UNDERcharging by $35 to provide clients with affordable options when regular pricing does not fit into their wellness budgets.
