This service was never done, we had issues with scheduling, rescheduling and contacting the company. I contacted Groupon a while back and the response was it had been redeemed. The window cleaning company showed my groupon redeemed the same day as purchased? I did not receive the service or a refund.

We had windowns cleaned with a Groupon before, and I was delighted. So I was dismayed to find that the cleaner came yesterday, but the windows look just the same as they did before. I really cannot tell that he cleaned them at all. I was at work when he came. My husband said he spent 30 minutes on all of the external windows. It seems to me that this job was absolutely not worth the $59 I paid. It was certainly no bargain, and I would like someone else from there to come back and actually clean them. I don't consider the job to have been done at all.

The guy doing our windows was on his cell phone half the time he was here. He would wash half a window and then get or make a call. He was supposed to wash the tracks and part of them were not clean.
