At Blue Moon Stables we give a very personalized experience that can be hard to find. Riders learn how to ride as well as how to groom and take care of the horses, and will always work in a one-on-one basis with the instructor.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Anyone who comes with a passion to be around horses will quickly feel like veterans!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Blue Moon Stables was founded on the inspiration to share a passion for horses with people of all ages who want to experience the joy that is working with horses.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to provide a rare opportunity for riders to learn about and work with horses, and the happiness and satisfaction of riders when they accomplish something or are simply thrilled to be around an animal as fascinating and beautiful as the horse is.

It's an amazing experience! Bought 2 one for me and my brother. We both are tall (6-1' and 6-4') so we had our doubts abt riding but it doesn't matter we both were able to ride and have fun. Instructor Cara was very knowledgeable and experienced. Definitely the best thing I did in summer.

I have virtually no real experience with riding English. The instructors are very patient, never rushing me or making me feel foolish. The horses are very well cared for, and the barn is always clean. I intend to purchase more lessons from Blue Moon and can't recommend it highly enouch.
