This is was my first experience. I'm not skinny with just a boy of stubborn fat to lose. I was given education on how to eat, exercise and change my lifestyle in order to achieve a slimmer body. I wish I knew that all fat people should run away from this place before I came. I was reminded at the end of the session that I could never use another group on again. I ran outta this place so fast
