We recently visited JCPenney for a family photoshoot, and overall, it was a wonderful experience despite a bit of a bumpy start. If you are looking for professional photos without the boutique price tag, this is definitely a solid choice. The Experience The biggest hurdle we faced was the wait time. Even with an appointment, things were running behind, and we ended up waiting quite a while before it was our turn in front of the camera. As anyone with a family knows, waiting around can be stressful, but the staff made a huge difference. Customer Service Despite how busy the studio was, the staff remained incredibly kind and professional. They didn't rush us once we finally got into the studio. The photographer was patient with our poses and did a great job keeping everyone engaged and smiling, which turned a potentially frustrating wait into a positive memory. The Value This is where JCPenney really shines. We walked away with a great deal on our photo package. It is hard to find high-quality professional prints and digital images at such an affordable price point. The quality of the shots was excellent—crisp, well-lit, and exactly what we were hoping for. Final Verdict If you go, I’d recommend bringing a little extra patience for the wait, but the kindness of the team and the value you get for your money make it well worth it. We are so happy with how our family photos turned out!

Good deal. For insight: the employee's had trouble processing the Groupon (could be store specific), I didn't realize the $9.99 shipping fee (is in the details, I missed it), the Groupon is can't be used with in-store coupons. JCPenney will try to up sale you.
