The minute I walked in, I was hit with a VERY hard sell; wanted to "credit" my cost for the Groupon if I signed up for yearly membership - had to do it on the first visit. Then we were hit by the personal trainers who gave us 15 minutes of exercises and 45 minutes of sales pitch. Very aggravating. Would have been nice to let us experience the gym before we were attacked!

i ended up purchasing a full membeship and giving my groupon to my son. The sales girl however did NOT go over any of the extras that came with my membership like the free trainer, or the free month. Im still not even sure if they apply to my membership at East Meadow or if Farmingdale is the only one that offers that.
