Eric Polenz answered the phone explained that he is no longer accepting the groupon for phone repair and instructed me to contact groupon he stated he would provide me with the number to groupon in which he did not

Had my iPhone 5s screen replaced but he used a crappy 3rd party screen that was unresponsive and glitchy I tried to set up other appointments with him to address it but never could so I'm left with a phone the doesn't work properly I should have called groupon for a refund
