Sonia's Waxing Plus, East Northport

Did not like reception at front desk. I had initially called to make an appointment and the girl on the phone moved the call along so quickly that I didn't have the chance to ask questions or tell her about my groupon. Since I was at work I did not call back. When I got there and presented her with the groupon she ROLLED her EYES! Way to make someone new feel crappy. It was a small mistake which did not take much to rectify on her end. Especially when I was rushed off the phone when I initially called, and explained that, I was so surprised a new customer would be treated like that. I was upset for the whole first half of my appointment. And this type of place is not a place where u need any additional stress! Anyway, the woman who did my wax was great!., so sweet, and patient and calming. She knew what she was doing and I was happy with her work. Great job just please work on the customer service and front desk. A waxing place should be putting people at ease when they walk in and not sweating the small stuff. Eye rolling is never acceptable to someone giving u their business. Especially when I only greeted her initially with a smile.

Great wax by friendly associates. If the cost was a bit less I would be a regular client.

Great experience! Definitely planning on going back again.

I would invest in some better waiting chairs and play some spa music do give it a more "spa" feel.
