What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We are the very first fusion of Group Fitness, Classical Pilates Services, and Training, Crossfit and Day Spa services in the world!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

Clients are taught how to work within their body on an individual level at The Workshop. This customization drives our clients to continue to come because they know they will get a wonderful workout adjusted for their body every single time.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We had always dreamed of creating a wellness center where our clients could feel welcomed like family. A "one-stop shop" with a personal touch. After accidentally finding the perfect location, we decided to make our five-year plan our one-year plan!

The people, of course!
