It's not that bad, just expensive.

Our first painting night was cancelled and no one bothered to call us so I had 3 group home youth all dress up their babies to take them to this event (Staff are there to watch the babies). Once arrived they told us it was cancelled, so we asked if we could use the Groupon for another activity since it was your error not to have called us to cancel in the first place. We were declined. I then.called 3 separate times requesting a call from management to discuss further the unprofessionalism of the first encounter. And I never received a phone call back. I ended up calling and to figure something out and the staff got us in on a date before the group on expired. However I don't feel it's was handled with courtesy or customer respect and thus I would not attend nor recommend colour me mine.

Great place! Staff is very helpful.
