I never redeemed this, so I am surprised that I'm being asked to rate my experience.

I am incredibly disappointed. I scheduled the class for us and was unable to go becuase I tested positive for COVID that morning. I called and left a message early that same morning (5am) that we would neot be able to go to the class. We played phone tag that morning becuase I was quite ill. I called again later that week when I was feeling better and the representative said that we would be able to reschedule under the special circumstances. He said he would call back to reschedule once he found our information and had more time. He never called back. Minturn has not returned neither my voicemails nor my email. I wish we could have taken the class; I was really looing forward to it.

I was very excited to go fly fishing and this experience was a bit misleading. We had to spend over $100 on gear to start the day off. Then we spent 2-3 hours in the parking lot tying knots. By the time we got to the water, the Minturn rep said it was unlikely to catch any fish, which he was correct as there were no signs of fish in the area we were fishing. Rec doing a guided trip instead.
