I've been getting a routine wax for nearly two years. This is the first time I've ever cried. Ever. It was the worst pain I have ever felt during a Brazilian, and I even took a high dose of ibuprofen beforehand. I feel bad leaving a bad review, because Mallory was so nice, but I would not recommend this place. She used strip wax and had to layer the wax over and over because it was not coming off. It pulled and irritated my skin for an hour and a half (yeah it took that long). What really scared me was when I noticed the wax sitting in the room was the same kind I bought at the age of 14 to wax my eyebrows myself...needless to say, it did not work. I question the quality of the product (which ended up looking like a creamy white goop) more than the esthetician (hopefully), but even the room was questionable. They use a white cloth that was "stained" with previous wax instead of changing out the paper each time and had no support for the head. The bed was also pressed against the wall which was a tad uncomfortable (and probably a factor in why she could get good angles to pull the wax). I could have gotten over all that if the wax wasn't so sticky and goopy. This was the most excruciating pain I've ever had.

I went to Live for Eyelash extentions, and I am so pleased! They look totally natural! Malory is the best!

She was wonderful! So fun to talk with It was a relaxing experience and she was quick!
