With my degree and several licenses in sports and health, with over 15 years of experience in the areas of fitness and health, I have qualified to work as a personal trainer and become knowledgable in my field. I have been working independently as a qualified personal trainer since 2012 in Germany and now in 2021 in Tampa, Florida. I have tried many known diets and forms of nutrition myself to get an insight into the effects this has on my body. In addition to bodybuilding competitions, I have established myself in the German fitness industry as an advertising face for personal training at today’s worldwide largest fitness chain and as an expert for an online magazine as well, as various television appearances. I keep myself informed about new findings and methods in the health and fitness area in order to be up to date so I can perform with quality towards my customers all over the world and especially for my clients in Tampa, Florida.
