pFive Star Windows is a small, family-owned local company. It was started by a single mother who had a hard time finding jobs to fit her schedule and her friend who had lost her previous job. They decided to work together not only to improve their financial situation but also to strengthen the community by offering job training positions to participants of a local employment services program.
