Best photography experience ever! She was so patient with my daughter. She went above and beyond to make everything work and look perfect! I will definitely be going back and have already started recommending her!

It took two months to get my final photos because of Hurricane Harvey, I had to ask for an update about the photos instead of the company telling me what was going on. In the end they came out beautifully and our photographer, Liz, was great! 😊

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you had to wait that long without us providing an update. We had over 20 clients photos delayed and were editing in house to fulfill orders and we responded to incoming emails only so that we could get everyone's photos out as soon as possible. Thank you for being so patient and thank you for taking the time to provide a fair review of our services. Again we are very sorry for the lack of communication initially and the delay. Liz will be happy to know that you enjoyed your session and that you were pleased with your final photos.

I would not recommend Valerie Kate Photography. She took almost four months to provide the pictures. Very unprofessional and she is not serious about her job.

I am very serious about my job. I have been in constant contact with you. It amazes me how you never complained until after you received your photos and then when you recieved your photos you said you were really happy with the work. I also saw that you stole from my company by taking screen shots of images you didnt pay for. you took almost 3 weeks to complete your order too. The Groupon deals are a 90% discount on our services and you got two digitals with your 29.99 package and still stole images.
