About Universal Treatment and Recovery Center
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer chiropractic adjustment, physical therapy and rehabilitation, massage therapy, and postural screenings. What makes us stand out is our whole person approach, that we treat all ages (from newborn on up), and that we focus on the process of healing (not just the results). We strive for more than just alleviating pain; we strive for complete wellness.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our goal is to help as many people as we can. We are firm believers that everyone should be under chiropractic care. Our bodies are controlled by the nervous system, which runs through the spine. Taking care of your spine is like taking care of your entire body. Prevention is key, and the earlier you start chiropractic, the more enjoyment you can get from life.
What do you love most about your job?
What we love most is helping people. We want everyone to succeed in life and to get as much from it as possible.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We can't pinpoint one single reaction, but we love to hear when patients say they can do something again that they haven't been able to do in a long time (e.g. go to the gym, play basketball with grandkids, knit/paint/etc., sleep better, move more easily, and generally have a better outlook on life). We love when patients say they have hope for a better quality of life.
