Founded by São Paulo–born Ivan Utrera, the cuisine comprises of select cuts of meat, which are slow-roasted on a spit and then skewered. It also featured seafood selections, grilled pineapple, and unlimited trips to an award-winning salad bar with over 40 items. Gauchos––also known as Brazilian cowboys––bustle about the restaurant, bringing unlimited slices of tender meat to diners who can also grab fresh vegetables and appetizers at the salad bar.

The food was absolutely amazing!! The staff was amazing my hostess Camille was first class. The Management went out of her way to assist me with an expired Groupon. I highly recommend Rodizio Grill for a unique and wonderful dining experience!

Rodizio never fails to provide an awesome dining experience! Our server, Emmi, was on point. She was very friendly and accepted the challenge of describing a special blended juice drink that had previously been concocted for us. This establishment has perfected an exceptional dining experience while accommodating the restrictions and challenges of Covid. The gaucho servers were very conscious of carving and serving from a distance. I love that the servers remember that I like my meats medium and my husband rare after the first meat presented. The meats are cooked to perfection and spiced for a wonderful variety. The salad bar is fresh and always includes outstanding ceviche and amazing salad varieties like the toasted coconut coleslaw. There are also several tasty sauces and toppings for the meats at the salad bar. Creamy horseradish sauce, roasted garlic, peppers, chimichurri ...all very good. Bruno,one of the managers, took the time to stop at our table and introduce himself and make sure everything was going well for our dinner. Rodizio is a definite treat.
