I bought Groupon for two hydra facials. Used the first one a few weeks ago, the experience was good. I tried to schedule appointment for the second one, can not find any appointments. Then next thing I noticed that the Groupon was listed as redeemed. Not sure what happened.

Groupon should have reached out to you. we don’t get a list of vouchers with customer phone numbers for any voucher that wasn’t redeemed yet - only a name- NO contact info. if your voucher wasn’t processed by us during a visit we cannot redeem it. we have contacted all patients with an appointment.
