Scheduling is done via email. Person was late to meet me, then set up, with very little communication. After a cup of water was poured from an already opened bottle left on the counter, I considered leaving, but I did stay. During my treatment she turned the lights off and left, without saying anything, and went to the store. I was hoping for a pleasant, relaxing experience, but did not have it. Said nothing about what was going on and literally left me in the dark. Explaining things or being prepared would be suggestion on making the experience better.

Lovely women. They really try to help people achieve their goals.
