felt they didn't do a great job. They refused to do deshedding on the dog for they claimed it is best to allow the hair to fall out naturally. Every other grommer I've talked to would help remove hair so it wasn't all over my house. My dog still shed like crazy after their treatment. They were also slow in the process going over an hour and half past their time quoted. I guess I would have been fine with it taking longer had they actually got some hair out.
