I have purchased this 6 Groupon times. I have not had any concerns until now. Yesterday, during the appointment to redeem the 6th Groupon, the vet tech mentioned the flu shot was not covered. The Groupon I purchased included DA2PP vaccine (distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza, parvovirus). She tried to upsell the flu shot for an additional $50 +/-. Additionally, she said they ran out of the distemper vaccine and is now only offering the distemper with Leptospirosis combined for an additional $40 +/- I requested they honor the Groupon since I was already at their clinic. The vet tech called the new manager who was not at the clinic who refused to honor the Groupon. The vet tech also mentioned they were under new management and are no longer going to offer Groupons. So 2 mentions above: the vet tech tried to upsell the flu shot which should have been included and the DA2PP vaccine (distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza, parvovirus) is no longer available at this clinic.

They took very good care of my cat and answered all my questions. I was taken care of as soon as I arrived and a very reasonable price. Very friendly staff.

I had a good experience with this veterinarian. The assistant who helped me couldn’t have been nicer. The doctor was terrific as well. My only issue was with the condition of the exam room. The edges of the exam table and underneath were rusted and dirty. It did not affect the quality of the care, but it made me uneasy. My dog, however, loved every minute, even though she had shots!
