I was very hesitant about having permanent make up tattooing, however, Ciara did an excellent job and I've never regretted it. It's nice waking up and when your in a hurry not having to worry about applying make up.

Ciara did a wonderful job on my permanent eyeliner. She asked how I wanted it to look, listened intently and understood exactly what I was describing. She pays close attention to detail, and constantly asked about my well being throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. It's clear that she is passionate about what she does! I would definitely recommend her.

Im feeling very suspicious about this. The small amount she did is a well done line. Her communication skills are terrible (she doesnt return calls or text until many many days later and never responded to the post care questions i had) and my eyeliner doesnt look anything like what i wanted.she said i needed to come back even though the deal says both lids she didnt finish top and i didnt do bot
