Did not have enough paddle boards even though we reserved them and they were in bad shape missing fins etc.

We were told that we would get a cabana but got umbrellas. Paddleboards were pretty worn. Sort one board, so hours were extended but luckily we brought our of own so we were not short for our party. Unenthusiastic attendent, who although not rude, did not seem very happy to be there.

We went and rented 2 paddleboards, mine worked ok, but by husbands was broken, and he kept going in circles b/c it wouldn't stabilize. He complained and asked for another board, but they said they other board was the same way, and they didn't care.

After reserving 4 paddle boards, only 2 were available at our blocked time. Merchant assured us the other 2 would be back "shortly", we had to wait an hour and a half.
