I am speaking regarding the South Dale mabry Location. When they first opened they had associates that were honest and up front about car repaur which is very important. However management and associates have gone DOWN hill repairs i was quoted was appro 65% higher than anywere and parts. therefore i will not be returning.

The manager at the Dale Mabry location is a liar. I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. I made an appointment a week in advance. The tires were never rotated. I took my car here two times and each time the tires were not rotated. The manager was only interested in selling me a set of new tires. He told me that my tires were to bad to be rotated. I got an oil change at Jiffy Lube and didn't have to ask for my tires to be rotated. I will NEVER FREQUENT THIS place again. This was at the South Dale Mabry location.
