Voxcom Cleaning Service, Fort Worth

They didn't clean at all. Vacuumed and mopped the kitchen... did not do much else. I sent and email to Groupon letting them know that this company was not any good and that I was extremely disappointed.

They sent a different crew each time and were not very good. I had to re mop my floors because they were dirtier than before they cleaned.

They didn't bring their own mop or broom. Only cleaned the bathrooms, but didnt touch the showers or tubs not did they clean the mirrors. Didn't dust or touch any other rooms at all. Very poor cleaning service. Won't answer the phone, will only communicate by email.

They never called me back, they never showed up for the scheduled cleaning. I contacted Groupon and wanted a refund. I got credit toward Groupon, I would've preferred an actual refund since the amount was high.
