I went at a coworker's recommendation. I didn't enjoy. My staff was not attentive, I had no towel in the pod to wipe my face, my oxygen bar wasn't working, and I asked for tea but never got any. I had to ask if I could have music, and was never told what kinds of music/sounds were available. They played what sounded like a sample sounds track. The staff barely spoke to me, to be honest.

Very friendly and professional staff, accommodating to changing my appointment as well. Thorough tour, definitely recommend anyone looking for a way to relax! I went to the Siuth Hills office.
