Bought this for a family carriage ride. The instructions for using it were flawed and did not work at all. I tried calling the company and emailing them to no avail. No one even responded to me. Do not waste your money!

The ride was wonderful and the drivers friendly & shared wonderful stories about Fredericksburg. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the person who had to reschedule our ride due to weather. She basically told me since it was a Groupon I was not as important as the customers who paid full price & she would not do the coupon again. This Groupon was a surprise for my daughter’s 13th Birthday. Something she always wanted to do but we could not afford till I found the Groupon. That conversation took away my joy & I seriously considered canceling and asking for my money back. My daughter enjoyed her gift but I will never give them my business again.
