They showed up as scheduled, explained their cleaning process to us and took precautions to keep the home clean and safe while doing their cleaning of our Dryer Vent ducting and HVAC Supply air vents and supply lines. They work done was satisfactory. My BIG issue is as it seems happens with many Groupon Service providers is that they will attempt to up sell you or EXTRA charge you over the fine print of what their limited Groupon promoted services offered VS what the final bill tally will be.

I don’t recommend using them.
