About Sky Zone
An enormous arena made of stretchy trampolines is the centerpiece of Sky Zone, a facility dedicated to the bouncing arts. In other parts of the elastic arena, jumpers can zig and zag during games of dodgeball, joust on the new X beam, or vault off a trampoline launch pad into a huge pit of soft foam blocks.
Safety is key at Sky Zone. In addition to outfitting the place with ample padding and netting, the owners have employed trained Jump Patrol monitors to prevent overcrowding and unsafe jumping. With all of the supervision, the springy playground is an ideal venue for kids' birthday celebrations and other special events.

The second time I went to sky zone the staff was really nice but overall the price is not worth it.

Small facility, too crowded with a combination of older kids intermingling with younger (<8) children. That with the number of adults present = a clear safety hazard. No need for them to worry or have any liability as you sign the waiver. Owners/franchise should keep track of the number of people reserving and limit numbers to ensure safety of everyone. That seems negligent and clear that it’s profit over safety.

Too many people and not enough staff to manage everything. Felt like crazy land. Although we went location in San Jose and that was so much more worse. I will never go back to San Jose. I’ll try Fremont maybe another time again 😊. Thank you 🙏🏻
