Bellissima Boutique Salon, Fresno

I'm a middle aged lady and new to the Fresno area. So looking for a new hairdresser, I thought I would finally try Groupon....but due to a sudden gout attack on both feet I was yelled at by some woman, and instead of charging me the $25.00 she yelled for calling to reschedule, she charged me everything I had paid for the (cut, partial highlight) service that I never received. As I was trying to reschedule she got louder and louder to the point I had to hang up! It was the most unprofessional and childish experience I have ever had with a business I think possibly needs customers... (I can see why) Not sure, but that's why businesses usually use a service like Groupon. Since Groupon is not able to protect me from being charged for the service I never received, obviously I won't be using them again ever.

Xandria took her time to hear exactly what I wanted & Made it happen! Her work definitely shows her expertise in balayage. All around completely satisfied & She will definitely be my go to for now on!
