The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Trying to maintain two kids during peak time could have been a disaster, but the staff make sure to take excellent photos while keeping everyone happy.

The photographer was sick which is especially egregious since this is photo shoot for babies - a population particularly vulnerable to disease. The company should have a strict policy against their employees working while ill with babies. Furthermore, they burned the wrong photo to the disc for our digital image. When we discovered the mistake (which had a really derpy picture instead) and went to have it corrected, we were told that they changed their image hosting service and couldn't access the photos.
