The instructor was new and clearly hadn't been trained thoroughly. Given it is the only human contact, it seems their should be a more thorough training program to bring them up to speed. Also filling out two forms with virtually the exact same information is disrespectful of customers' time - rather incongruent since one of the primary sales points is time savings. Managers should find employee driven solutions not customer driven solutions to paperwork/information challenges.

I was so pleased with my trial membership purchased through GROUPON, that my husband and I have both signed up for an annual membership with my local Koko Fit Club in Frisco. We also appreciated all the guidance we received from our trainer (Jason) and he was a big reason we decided to sign up at this location.
