What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I come from Southern Cali where I provided high end service to all my customers under some very harsh conditions on a weekly basis. The average pool size I am used to is 35K-40K gallon pools. while there I had most of my customers for over 10 years.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I appreciate the opportunity to make new friends and to help others with my knowledge and experience in this industry.

What do you love most about your job?
I love to wow my customers with my service and enjoy the friendships that are formed with my customers. You will instantly see the difference in my service.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Wow mister, you got skills! From a commercial account I still get tenants thanking me for always having their pool look amazing.

Corrected the water leveler the reason for the two stars. Monday morning showed up at my door and stated he emailed me he was popping in but my personal email wasn’t checked because I was in a meeting. Briefly he shared his concerns and prices. An email was requested because I was in the middle of a meeting. I never received the email. The experience felt strange, unprofessional, and a donation.

Arnie is very knowledgeable. I knew nothing about the pool equipment, my robot was stuck, I asked him if the filter need to be replaced, he could totally say yes, but instead he said no, just need to be cleaned. He is reliable and trust worthy, pricing is reasonable as well. Give him a try!
