What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We implement various methods of fitness into our training, while making the each client comfortable in an unintimidating Semi-Private atmosphere.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By creating personal goals to commit to and achieve during our training program and each session. Clients also receive weekly motivational texts and emails to help keep them personally motivated inside and outside the gym, along with bi-weekly consultations to track progress.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals in the gym and life by creating effective habits and a positive mindset.

What do you love most about your job?
The fact that it’s what I love doing the most, it makes it easy to wake up and do it everyday. I love helping others push past their physical struggles.
