Very unprofessional. Terrible customer service. I had to reschedule multiple times because the merchant took up to a week to reply to messages. Merchant lied and claimed I cancelled a scheduled appointment less than an hour before. I asked for a screenshot multiple times then she was “confused” and “forgot” a confirmed appointment with a shared calendar invite. I took my business elsewhere. 0/10

Very happy. Very accommodating & flexible to schedule. Explained procedure steps and aftercare. Thorough in prep. Little to no pain-I would not even call tingles afterward pain. Happy with results.
