Terrible experience: Benicia Big O did not honor the Groupon. They charged extra (we have a small car, so it should not have been any extra). They were unorganized, took way too long & broke our oil cap, but wouldn't own up to it. The kid at the counter had no idea what he was doing.

I brought my car here for an oil change. Afterward, I noticed a burning oil smell and smoke coming from my engine. I took it to a mechanic who said that the oil filter was left dangerously loose, causing a huge oil leak and putting me at risk for serious engine damage. You’d think that a shop that left your oil filter loose during a standard procedure would own up to their error and quickly rectify it. Not the case. I spent almost four weeks calling and emailing without any movement on their end. They gave me the runaround until I threatened to take them to small claims court, which was the impetus that finally got me my reimbursement. When I finally did get compensated, the store manager had the gall to say something like, “I’ll bet you’re feeling better now.” He acted like he was doing me some sort of favor instead of giving me what was owed after forcing me to chase him down repeatedly. Do not go here. They need serious technical and customer service training, and you’ll be putting your car and wallet at risk.
