Went there for an oil change and was told I needed 2 new tires as I had 0/32 tread life and a nail in one tire that was unrepairable. The manager tried to up-sale me over the phone and once back I showed him my brand new tires and confirmed all were good. Yes I had a nail in the tire that Americas Tire laughed at as it took them 15 minutes to fix. I would stay away as they are crooks! Escalating

2 star cause the lady at desk was very nice. First I called to see how busy they were and when I should come in. Man on phone said bring it in now. We have time. Then I get there sign up. They say 2 hours wait! For an oil change? Wow. Next my truck takes 8 quarts oil so they charge $12.95 each qt. Ok that’s 38$. Yet my bill comes to $50. Said $60 off $112 for Groupon that was worth $80 in Groupon
