I learned a lot during my session that was good information and helpful to gaining results for my issues. It was a little too much information at once. Also the acupuncture itself wasn't super relaxing i may do acupressure next session.

I think the treatment helped me. My feet are not hurting from my usual neuropathy tonight. Not a quick fix for everything so I'll be checking with my ins. co. about out of network coverage. Hoped the tense muscle knot in my neck would improve. I have more to work on.
