My cut was fine but the Keratin treatment was not. When I made the appt. I explained how frizzy my hair was. After I washed my hair (sulfate-free) you couldn't tell I had any treatment at all, it was a mess. I had to have someone else redo it for me.

Small salon/ only once pedicure chair..a so so pedicure and opted for a manicure..no hand massage..plain clear polish ..was not the caliber I am accustomed to.
