Really good instruction, she kept watching and instructing about correct form and equipment use. She kept the class moving, challenging us but didn't kill us! :)

Please clean your studio more often. I could see where someone had swept around the bootcamp tires not once but for probably several weeks. Move your equipment when you clean. It just gave me a really bad feeling.
